I had trouble with mine too :y:

Right, on the left hand side, you see your playlists?

Just under where it says 'your ipod'

You need to make a new playlist... call it whatever you want, then just drag and drop onto the new playlist, unplug the ipod, the plug it back in, and it will Sync itself..

Hope that was easy to understand... If not i'll make some screenshots for you. :y:

If you've got the songs in your itunes library then your ipod should automatically update itself with everything in the library when plugged in. Thats what mine does.

Can't remember if you need to associate your particular ipod with itunes first though. Doesn't it tell you in the manual?

Although you have to pay for it i highly suggest taking a look at anapod explorer. It's one of the best programs out there.
