GT4 is probably still the best one that I can think of. Or Test Drive Unlimited.

Kaido racer 2..... its a 2007 game... all about drifting... uphill ... downhill... etc... its a mix of Gt4 reality.... with NFSCarbon Style of game

Forget GT4, get your hands on GT2!!! Been playing it recently, ok the graphics
are wank but its such a fun game!!
