has anyone gone over the 127mph stated by them?

- I don't support driving over the speed limit ofcouse ;) or any idiot who wants to go and and find out...... ofcourse.

the speed you are actually you are doing compared to the clock are alot different

What is the difference aswell on a vts with standard rims?

15'' will accelerate faster than 17'' if thats what you mean?

i think the clocks are well inacurate at over 100...
because well lets say .... my clock said more then 127 but i didnt beleive it lol

my gti does 135 according to the clock

i've had 127mph in my VTR on the clocks on a RR, but it was only doing 114mph so theres a good example of how inaccurate the clocks really are!

yer mine said a lil faster then yours leo but it didnt feal like that ive been near 140 in other cars and they did seem faster but i dunno lol wouldnt want to be caught at tht speed so ill just stick to 0-60 times lol :P

Ive had an estimated 135+ on clocks on my vts, which isnt standard


Ive checked with a road angel and its about 5-8 mph out

I was more interested in a curious sort of way- not a boy racer twat sort of way.

i had 135 out of my 106 gti...well according to the dials it was 135

i thought that was funny. sorry some of us have read this thread about a million times, you could have searched ;)

my dad has a fusion camera detector in his car and has hit "142mph" according to clock however fusion read 137mph..

i surpose everything is different try and buy a satilite speed to find out how fast you can do and how accurate your dial is.
