Predator_R32 20th July 2007 01:27

5 holes :p
dont just put filer on it will sink eventually and look crap, just get them welded up, grinded them back, bit of filler, primer, paint and laquer :y:

Baz 20th July 2007 01:29

be around £100 matey maybe bit more, obviously depends on who you know etc :p

Stewart_1314 20th July 2007 02:43

me an my mate done mine, piece of piss mate. Take a hair drier to the badges, then prise them off. T-cut the leftover adhesive. Tape up the backs off the holes and use some filler. Sand it all down till its perfect then re=spray the whole back.

S70KES 20th July 2007 12:06

got price from local bodyshop for mine to be done as well as a wing mirror sprayed and he said £75 for both

sonic376 21st July 2007 09:53

so with the Mk 2 you can just melt the adhesive with a hairdryer?

All you need to do is buy a small tub of filler, some sand paper and 20 quid worth of spray paint from halfords (primer, 2 cans of the colour and laquer) Its a doddle to do, honestly! But i suppose if you're not really confident then probably better off gettin it done properly eh?
