worth a buy?
 

just saw advert on the tv for this am looking for a better camera than my phone lol but not looking to spend a few hundread as i wont be using the camera a whole lot of the time

on www.pixmania.com they have the next model up for abit less but it doesnt come with the memory card or case, but you could buy them one ebay for about £10 each

the older version is jus 130 quid on currys but probably less on ebay

but i'll now look around for the newer model you showed me see if i can find it cheaper

another camera you maybe interested in is the nikon coolpix 5400, i dont think you can buy it new any more, but i bought mine about 4 years in hong kong before getting my D-SLR. its a pretty good camera with lots of extra settings like the ability to take 15minute exposures etc also the flip out lcd screen and video mode are pretty decent quality, only bad point is that the image becomes a little noisey above 400iso but as long as you keep it lower it is fine. you should be able to pick one up of ebay for about £60, these retailed at £650 when they first came out

on my nikon i bought a screw on apadator which means you can and other lens over the original one. i then bought a wide angle / macro lens for it, and as you can see you can get really really close lol
