Changing gear
 

Hi guys,

The problem is when im changing down from 3rd to second 2nd there is a crunch noise only happens from 3rd to 2nd tho!! every other gear is fine! Its jus when your coming dwn the box into 2nd!!! Any ideas anyone ""HELP""!! :panic:

Had this problem in my old fiesta. needed a new gear box in the end. apparently some sort of mesh inside had got fucked up.

Synchro in second gears proberbly nackered mate. Could be cheaper gettin another gearbox, due to labour prices ect. you'l have to shop around.
