I'd look at getting it fixed privately. Would be cheaper than scraping and replacing the car (probably)
The bumpers / rad etc could all be sourced from a scrappy / donations from members..
probably needs a new inner wing and outer one.. Thats where the expense will come in. Cash payment to a crash repair place and tell them its not an insurance job and you'll get a much more realistic fixing cost.
