Looks good mate, going to dig some pic's out now. As said on text try getting hold of some brake dust cleaner, did the trick for mine....

Def think pistons are a must if its had compression issue's in one cylinder, first thing you should be doing is taking the pistons out and have a good look at the bores. If they are fine you can either go with new rings or froged high comps - choice is yours. But while the pistons are out you might as well go for forgies IMHO.

Chances are oil cooler wont be necassary untill summer anyway so giving your bank a couple of months to recover!

I think at this point you should be taking the pistons out and have a nosey around, then look at fitting as per above, after that the bearings and trusts can go in - also a couple of crank seals that i supplied in that kit for you mate
