The 6 bolts wouldnt fit all the way into the holes, no muck was in the cam cover holes, and the bolts were new parts with the exact correct part number. So i had to shave off a fair chunk of the thread.
Secondly the Coil pack cover didnt fit, there was parts that needed shaving back all round it, this took the best part of just over an hour to sort out- thank god for the Dremmel rotary tool!
Still the job was done and this is how it now looks:

I know this was a long time ago now... but just wanted to say I had the same problem with my rocker cover from those guys.... to be honest the quality was shite and I had to drill a hole for the oil breather pipe and shave shit loads of... oh and now because there was so much of a gab between the rockers and the cover, my oil cap is leaking like a bitch!!!
Rant over lol!
