Right, picked up some vtr wheels yesterday for 35 quid lol. all tyres need replacing, but still a bargain imo.
then went to halfords today and spent 60 quid on paint etc, as i'm going to spray the wheels gloss black.
spent all day trying to strip the paint off one wheel
finally after using loads of sandpaper, and blistering all my fingers, i got it off and gave it a coat of etch primer.
I'm doing all this over the next few weeks, so hopefully i'll get a good finish when i'm done
