There are bulimics that think they're fat.. You know what women are like tbh..
But yeah, just cutting down on the chocolate and pies, along with a bit of cycling/jogging/situps will definatley do the trick.
As said above, don't let her think it's a big problem.. (as after all.. it's not). Maybe do it with her (gyms can sometimes be boring..) So, go for jogs and walks with her.
And as EH_Fella said, get a Wii. Expensive, but thoes things make you sweat like a pig (which is funny.. because pigs don't even have sweat glands)
