Well according to everything on the net its best for burning fat? Apparently it 'tricks' your body and instead of burning your carb store it goes straight to fat.. Don't know if its true but everyone seems to be backing it..?

Just tried it now, only did 30 second intense, then 2 minute slower rest in between, 5 times, absolutely shattered... Felt a bit dizzy and sick at the end, good stuff.
