Give it a go mate, i'd always recommend taking protein after a workout at least... IMO taking a protein shake is a standard part of training and definitely doesn't put you into the 'un natural' category.

Go on myprotein.co.uk or bulkpowders and get some whey protein, which itself will have a full amino acid profile. They do really good prices on there. If you want to add extra aminos, its a good idea to add them to your post workout shake.

As for creatine, for some it works, for others it does nothing. But take that however it recommends the serving etc, you can also get it from the above two websites at very good prices. CEE is a newer and apparently better version of Creatine (as opposed to monohydrate)...
