already have a good run. its like a 3odd mile runn but its on gravel with pop holes hills its really demanding 20mins straight running at moderate to mod high rate... 5 aside wednesdays but the weight isnt really coming off
as said my diet is already above normal in regards to salads not much carbs and no fry ups or take aways maybe a pizza once a week.
was just looking for something to speed it up that was all
