mroe then likely a pulley, on either the alternator or tensioner for the timing belt etc,


does it do it on idle? if so pop the bonnet up and have a listen and locate where it is, if it was the timing belt itself it would be squeeking and you would notice bad idle / engine seizing ;-)

if its not a pulley it may be the alternator belt itself slipping
