Cheers Nev, it is getting there slowly, still got the rear end to finish (still in bits in the shed).

It is all down to the wiring, it is really simple to fit them in, but the wiring was a total pain in the bum. Eventually what I did was to keep the same wiring loom as the old fan and strip the wiring from the new one (so in theory only 2 wires were cut and soldered together) - if your keeping the standard VTR rad, then I would suggest splicing the power lead and putting that on a relay for the power to the VTS set up.
I have really noticed a difference in cooling and running of the engine.
