i do understand what your saying, sounds from my point of view you want to be a mod and have more newbies coming on the site. surely everyones goal was to get as much rep as possible and help people out? just because someone is neg repped dosnt mean there bullied lol.. But yes Gazza was harsh but however he is still here enjoying the forum
