the main cause for this problem is likely to be inccorect setting up of the amplifier.. im guessing youve had the "gain" setting all the way up? or close to full? if so, this is the cause of your problem

no i didnt i had the gain on less that a quarter and you can even ask someone on here called bung!

the amp is 200watt rmp i think and the sub is 350watt rms!
i made sure that it was set up rite and i wasnt putting to much power thought it whilst running it in!
