Not really dude. People do them in different ways, but this is how i did it.
Drill about 6 holes spread across the top of the slitter and also through the underneath of the bumper (behind the original 'splitter').
Then i had some M10 (i think) bolts which i made some 50mm long spacers for out of some steel pipe from work and bolted it up like that.
Cut the ends of the splitter to match the length of the bumper.
Self tappers on the ends of the splitter into the bumper.
Then with the offcuts i cut the very ends off to use as end caps and araldite'd them to the splitter with a small bit of black silicone to smooth the look off.
Caught the splitter hundreds of times and stuff and never came off. I think the bumper would actually come off with the splitter lol.
