Should be some holes in the fascia to fit in some removal keys (you can get these from halfords.)
Insert the keys, and it should become free allowing you to pull it out. Unplug the wires in the back, insert them into the new CD player and pop it back in.

Not hard to do really, although you may need a converter so as the cables fit the CD player. You can get these from halfords aswell.

If you seriously cba to do it yourself, go into halfords and they will do it, maybe for a couple of quid!
