It can be down to lots of thigs.
Are the rca cables run with the power cable?
How good is your earth on the headunit and amp?
Have you mounted the amp to metal?
Is you head unit old and is this coursing the problem?

If all the answers are no you could try a rca suppressor (google it)

NO dont do it like that...
have a look in the stickys at the top there is a how to guid that will tell you how to do it.
