S1/ S2 rallye head will have non-roller rockers so you can't use the PT40 with either. I think people have looked into doing this before and getting the loom plugs to mate up to the rallye ones isn't easy.

As for fitting the S1 inlet and throttle body, I'm not sure whether the later Furio engine has the same port spacing as the 98bhp VTR for the inlet. If so, the rallye inlet won't fit but you could always fit a 98bhp inlet manifold.
