I was going to get some stickers done in glow in the dark, and the vynal company said it would be illegal, as they had a skyline in last week which had a full wrap, with some silver reflective stuff and was pulled 3 days later lol
Although, ive found some glow in the dark lacquer, which is clear, but glows bright green
watch this space, 1 hour of light = 8 hours of glowing. mmmm
