and Expanding Foam, and loft insulation works alot better and a fraction of the price!
fill the boot lid from the bottom and holes in the top! make sure you work it all the way around, let it set for a few days then continue to fill! till its buldging out!

rear quaters, take the cards off and pack it with insulation OR carrier bags then fill the bags with foam!

under the bench, i filled mine with loft stuff again! so when i put on a false floor it sat level!
you will notice a vast difference!

no wall install it make some kind of tunnel! 3 / 4 either side
lol just went n got sum loft stuff 2day, you can read my mind lol =] deading is me next job then a volt meter then thats it until i wont to upgrade agian lol.
