Right people, with the first chance of gettting on the computer im able to put the dyo graphs up from sunday and a few pics!.
as far as the mapping went, matt @ MTECH was absolutly brilliant and done wonders for the car. The only major down side was the turbo ran out off puff @ 4500rpm, to that rpm it pulled like an absolute train(see graphs) but then as you can see it died of death hence why the power completly died off!.
another prob was the intercooler, its too small for the boost were running and the inlet temps were rocketing up to 50degrees so that was another major bumer amd causing probs. all in all was a good day too be fair with it making 173/5?bhp with 180lb/ft torque which when i drove it on the road, the difference is just so unbelieveable as the torque now literally drags the car the road rather than waiting for it to get to high rpm with the bodies and getting the power then.
Regard to turbo/intercooler, i have got a front mount on the way to keep the ACT'S down and the turbo has been sent too my mate mark @ CR TURBOS where he is going to hybrid it to happily run the power/boost im going to require. when its all back we will put it all back together then back to matt for a check on the dyno again!!.
any questions ill be happy to try answer.
Many thanks chris
