hi im new, i have a T plate saxo vtr with a power steering problem....we got a pump from a scrappy and that seems to be just as dead as the old one which was making a noise.... we have bled the system and there is no air in it but still no power steering and the pump makes no noise....

we have checked all fuses but nothing,,,,

can anyone HELP!!
