Cheers dude, ye it was hard I had to cut out the cheverlons and then smooth everything around the outside of the grill and then cut the slats out of another grill and try and get them to fit between the gap. After all this I gave it to Ocago and he sprayed it.
p.s. Seen you parked next to me a couple of weeks ago your car looked good mate
