I would highly doubt that but that's another matter
Insurance companies are not to blame, uninsured (or voided) drivers, fake injury claims and boy racer cocks who rack up 3 claims a year in a saxo are to blame
As I explained previously, insurance companies work on risk/benefit system in order to MAKE money and unfortunately due to the reasons above, 17 year old new drivers pay the penalty.
Think about it, the company is there to make money like any business
They have to weigh up the risk of a 17 year old driver, no experience in a car which they have had most of their claims on.....from young, inexperienced drivers!
That 4 grand price at 17 is not to cover the cost of your car in the event of a claim, it is to cover the risk YOU pose in the event of crashing into something more expensive!
My insurance is cheap and thats because I have never had to claim and have had 5 years driving experience
The guy who claims 3 times a year should have to pay more insurance, why not!

why stereotype though
weve got a vast majority of '17 year olds in saxos' on this site, and how many ive crashed threads do you see? not that many! we got hit by an old woman in her mondeo a few weeks ago. anyone can crash and you just seem to have a bit of a chip on your shoulder.
do you work for an insurance company or something?
or youre some old man that didnt have to worry about insurance prices like the ones were hit with
