Cheers mate appreciate the good words. As for lowering the rear, with alot of effort! haha theres guides on the internet, ill see if i can find one for you mate. Basically get all the bolts and washers off the torsion bars, measure height before taking torsion bars out, bang them out with a hammer and measure up your new height (for example if you wanted to lower 60mm, minus 60mm off the orginal height) then put the torsion bar back in a your new height. Thats a really crap brief overview but with pictures etc it will be easier lad as long as your good with your hands

Yeah the plastics are sprayed sparkling graphite (same as the wheels)
