I have been told to get new spark plugs so I did but have no idea how to change them or what i need to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Basically pal, engine cover off - induction bend off and top half of airbox off - coilpack off (4 bolts) - inlet manifold off (6 bolts iirc, two at the bottom and 4 up near the top) then you can see the spark plugs... It's really easy actually just looks daunting at first.

Whilst you've got it all off clean your throttle body out with some brake spray or similar.

If spark plug's doesn't fix it it'd be worth trying a lambda sensor too, fixed mine.
