First straight going under the bridge you will gain 5seconds, long fast part leading up to schwedenkreuz you will gain at least 10seconds, back straight up the hill you will gain at least 10 seconds if not more, theres 25seconds, take that off my 8:55 and theres 8:30 already.... + better acceleration out of every corner will all add up, like up the hill just after Adenau bridge, and also out of Adenau force etc etc. I reckon once you've learnt the power/car with the new engine you will easily be in low 8's mate, not bad for a 106 hey
tbh josh i was thinking more along those lines too.. jus didnt want to say it lol

like you say, get used to the car and it will be doing low 8's. i think with a bit of aero, new suspension and a few other things it could break 8mins... theres a few vag powered golf's that have done this so dont see why i couldnt.
