Don't do any less than 6 weeks it only kicks in about the 3rd week. I ran mine at mostly 50mg per day without any sides. Most say the sweet spot is 30/40. 50 was nice for me. Make sure you do a solid PCT.
I felt awesome when on cycle. I seemed to have kept most of my strength. I was cutting on this so I don't think I gained too much muscle mass. Dropped a load of bodyfat
If you've only just started it might be worth stacking it with tren. Have a google!
