last thing i did was walk 80 miles non stop, took 26 hours, horrible it was, in winter too, it snowed, it rained, it was one of the stupidest things ive ever done, but then, one of the most rewarding, sun coming up the next day, seeing a family of deers running across a field, then seeing the humber bridge, it was our finish point and you could see it for miles, i was also proud that i managed to do it, we raised well over 1k too.

for me if you are going to do something, make it something thats going to test you, if you ask me to sponsor you to run 10k i give you a pound, tell me you are doing a marathon i will give at least 25
