aye, but thats 6 unhealthy meals, versus 3 times healthy meals, bearing in mind fat loss is a big target.
3 x meals would be half daily fat allowance and around 2-300 calories more than "needed"
6x meals would be double daily fat allowance, and double daily calorie "allowance".
calories are all good for building muscle/energy mate, but not if its shite calories. thats my main target for this question.
better to eat 6 shitey meals, or 3 really good ones????
i eat 7 times per day right now, but past 4 weeks, my sleep has been, 2 hours, then 3 hours each day so a total of 5, and 12 hours apart, so im not expecting to grow right now.
but interested in people with experience/knowledge behind which and why.
