aye very good.

did you even read the first post. it says building muscle mass, dropping fat. that is not a bulking diet hence the question.

i know exactly how to bulk, im 98kg 5'10 and about 18% BF so i can throw weight on like nobodys business.

eating 7000 calories a day, with very little protien, and shitey carbs, and saturated fat, you are not going to gain muscle mass, never mind the "easy calories" you are talking about. if its no got protien in it, or decent carbs, they wont eat it, not if they are eating and feeding properly. Bulking is not about gaining "weight" its about building muscle mass, and taking that extra bit of fat with it, on the understanding that you can Cut it back, without dropping any of the gained muscle.

Im asking in the sense of the questions

what is healthier. to eat 3 healthy meals per day, or to eat 6 shitty meals per day.

if you cant answer that question, without a reasonable explanation as to why, then its probably best not to reply again.
