7) If the Op had put clear pictures of the bonnet unwrapped showing evidence of it apparentely being in such poor condition then i would have held my hands up and refunded him upon return of the bonnet.

2. how many times do i have to say i HAVE NOT TAMPERED WITH THE PACKAGING. even if i did, which i didnt, thats irrelevant to how shit the rest of it was packed.

6. im not sure if you can see the pictures i posted, im sure every other member has, of the 2 dents i got a photo off and the big bend on the corner. courier or not, it wasnt me, so i want my money back as i have not received a "mint bonnet" as described.
7. not sure if you have seen the pictures, referring to '6' - please see the pictures, you will understand why everyone else can see the damage.
