Robin you have pretty much regurgitated Dizzy's post..

One thing Ben is right about is that this type of information is plastered all over the internet.

I was recommended to use Scooby's website (from Sax-p) to understand the basics of body building, so this is currently regarded as my bible.
So far my results are great, and I have learned a lot through him. However Scooby also does mention many smaller meals throughout the day rather than less frequent larger meals.

This is probably the first time I have heard/read this type of advice as rubbish.
