Adding Weight
im currently around 5"7 and weigh 9 1/2 stone, i eat fairly healthy, but have been drinking full fat milk, having alot of rice, pastas, chicken, steaks, and when it comes to snacks its usually fruit and lots of water maybe 6/7 pints a day.
i know some of this is good for me but id like to put on more weight, currently im just getting fit so im doing light excercise/dumbells.
