Just up your calories, but if you're using light weights and just into fitness then the weight you gain will be fat.

Take a look at joe defranco's westside for skinny bastards programme and then add a jar off peanut butter a day into your diet. Too many carbs all day leads to insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
