That would take years of bulking at silly amount of carbs. He shouldnt wouldnt worry about that at all. Most people who train will go through cycles of bulking and cutting, so your pancreas can easily keep up.

Even when bodybuilders gain 30-40lbs in the off season, they are normally using insulin anyways so will cycle between slin and metformin.

Although I do agree with the high good fats. I personally dont use this as my body type doesnt like it.
