Default How do I get that wet look??

Guys,
What do you use to get that ultra wet look??
I have just bought a red vts, the paint is quite flat tbh..
So far i've only give her quick wash&wax..

These are my normal steps.. just never seem to get a wet look finish..

1: Rince with hose
2: Wash with Mit, wash&wax
3: Towl dry
4: 2 coats of SRP
5: 1 coat of extra gloss.

Is it due to the polish?
Or
Am I missing somthing?
