Wouldnt bother with OEM as its extremely expensive (700 quid or something last time I investigated) and its mild steel. You really need to drop the rear beam down to remove the standard exhaust anyway, its only a few bolts and the shock bolts, as the standard exhaust doesnt have a joint between the rear boxes and the back of the cat. You could just the cut OEM exhaust is what I did and the remove. Most aftermarket systems have a join there so its easy to fit, plus they are usually stainless and unless you go for something ultra top end like an orbisound exhaust you can get a decent brand system for 350 to 500 quid or so. Yozzas are popular as are the scorpion systems, plus others like Ktec etc etc
