I'm on my 3rd 4s from them now..

Need to go in again soon at some point, power/lock button doesn't work and the battery drains much the same as yours does.

I leave for work at 10 to 6 in the morning, battery is 100%, I get to work around quarter to 8 and I'm down to 80ish%. All it's done is sit in my pocket!
