How long are you tied for, because signing up to there fibre will then renew your contract again. Honestly my BT fibre was slower than my non fibre during the day. There help team are terrible, I had over 10 engineers to my house in under 5 weeks, they was sending me a new router every week, but never solving my problems, the only good thing was, when I complained I was getting reimbursed over 75% of my bill for quite a few months. But I would rather pay a little more and have a service that actually works.
