Hence what I meant by induction method, the guy said he wanted to fit lower compression pistons without a turbo.


To OP - it depends what you mean. The higher compression in the chamber is better yes. But this can be achieved by a number of ways - high compression pistons are just one of them. For a turbo / supercharger setup you want lower compression pistons so you can then raise it back from the charger.

I suggest you read up on on how they work as there is some great material out there if you want to take it seriously.
