Yes I know, but it was too strange that the fan was running at maximum speed after a short ride. Anyway i took another close look today and it seem that rad cap was changed, with one at 1.1 bar. It should be 1.4 bar doesn't it? Considering that in this way the boiling temperature is lower than it should, and I'm running with just water, this could be cause of steam and indirectly air inside the circuit?
