i think the predator ecu is still better than mapping a boosted car on stock ecu...
look at it like this...
you map your std ecu... you will need to buy an external boost map controler, extra money. not a lot but extra... when you want to sell that ecu if at all... you wont get much for it alone. literally buttons (unless sold with the car obviously).
and whats a map on the stock ecu cost? £250-300 at a wild guess?
andy (luthor1) please confirm but for the £500 predator you get the first map free? (f.kin bargain) i know at least when i bought my predator ecu i was given a first free remap. may i add every roller ive been on they have commented on how sweet the map was (aw tracksport, corten miller and GMC (and he will pick at something if he thinks its wrong lol)). not saying there is anything wrong with a chipwizard map, just stating that andys good too.
now if you was to sell a predator ecu you will get a decent bit back from the purchase price, ive seen them go for £350!
imo its a no brainer for the ecu.
the predator ecu even comes ready to run boost. ive used mine to run throttle bodies and supercharged boost.
