I personally wouldn't bother with the beemer. Buy 3 mercedes as the next level is more money by far. 48 to 72k a time! Beemer will cost loads to look after as well.
I've noticed as well that sometimes it's better off buying say, 3 strip malls instead of one luxury estate as the income will be more and you'll have to spend less? Not sure that makes sense.
