why are you lying? i spoke to your before i put the claim in, i gave it like 5 hours before i put in a claim but you wouldnt give me the refund.

after your threat is when i started to get angry, dont act as if you wouldnt refund because of my attitude, i was fine until you didnt refund me, hence why i got upset.
