if it turns over freely (by hand), all fluids are topped up and all bolts torqued up correctly i don't see any problem in starting it up tbh. Although let the fuel pump prime for a few seconds until you here the relay cut-off before you crank it over. This will make sure you have the right fuel pressure in the fuel rail.
